Behavioral Threat Assessment Manual

This manual establishes procedures for a multidisciplinary Threat Assessment Team (TAT) to identify, evaluate, and manage individuals who may pose a threat to themselves or others. The approach is based on behavioral threat assessment research developed by the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC), FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit, and leading academic institutions.
